Gary Hornak Obituary
After a long battle with his illness, was born to eternal life at the age of 69 on Nov. 23rd, 2021. Preceded in death by parents Frank and Lynn Hornak, and June Hornak. Beloved husband to Paige (Brant) of 24 years. Beloved father to Courtney (Kevin) Butler, Andrea (Tyler) Rohach and Mallory. Loving Papa to Bryden, Easton, Gracie and 3 additional grandchildren on the way. Beloved brother to Tim (Debi) Martell, Marilyn (Mark) Wesley, Cindy (Jerry) Martinson and Don (JoAnn) Martell. Uncle to several nieces and nephews and special Uncle to Kevin, Patrick, and Michael Wesley. Cherished friend to many and loved by all. Gary was a devoted sports fan of all Wisconsin teams, and had a sincere passion for cribbage and slot machines. To say he had a great sense of humor, rapid wit and sarcasm is an understatement. These are just a few of the things we will miss about him. Gary is further survived by many other family and friends.
